Will anyone from SixTwo be staying?
Yes! Sam Keenan has joined Riweb, she will continue to look after you alongside our Head of Client Services, Heather.

Will my pricing go up?
There are no plans to alter your pricing.

Who do I speak to when I need help?
You will continue to speak with Sam, but you will also be able to speak to both Heather Tull (Head of Client Services) and Ryan Irving (Managing Director) as/when you need them.

What is going to change?
In short, not much! We use mostly the same systems as sixtwo for website management, so this will be a very smooth transition.

What makes Riweb different to other agencies?

Will the way I pay my invoice change?
If you pay monthly, you’ll still receive your invoice on/around the 1st of the month and you’ll receive your invoice via our accounts system, Xero. If you pay annually, you’ll receive your next invoice in the same month you normally do.

What happens if I have already paid up front?
We will honour all services that have already been paid for, up-front.
