  • Yes! Sam Keenan has joined Riweb, she will continue to look after you alongside our Head of Client Services, Heather.

  • There are no plans to alter your pricing.

  • You will continue to speak with Sam, but you will also be able to speak to both Heather Tull (Head of Client Services) and Ryan Irving (Managing Director) as/when you need them.

  • In short, not much! We use mostly the same systems as sixtwo for website management, so this will be a very smooth transition.

  • Our levels of customer service and care. Our team is invested in ensuring we help your business and website grow and improve over time. We have incredibly strong relationships with our clients, and are really looking forward to getting to know you.

  • If you pay monthly, you’ll still receive your invoice on/around the 1st of the month and you’ll receive your invoice via our accounts system, Xero. If you pay annually, you’ll receive your next invoice in the same month you normally do.

  • We will honour all services that have already been paid for, up-front.
