Research & Strategy
Having worked closely with Eight Ray Music director, Jayson Jaurigue for over 4 years, we already had a very deep understanding of his business. During an initial meeting, the client advised the business was changing strategy and wanted to make a push into the luxury and corporate markets. This created a brief for us to re-position the brand as the go-to agency for businesses in this sector.
We carried out in-depth research into brands that were 'getting it right' in the luxury market in the automotive, fashion, sport and hospitality sectors as these companies were winning the types of contracts that the client was targeting. This research, together with the client’s USPs created the basis for our UX strategy which was developed to achieve two primary objectives; drive traffic to the acts profiles and client case studies to ultimately generate enquiries.
